Our client is looking for WMS/Warehouse Management Systems Consultant with HighJump experience.
RequirementWe are seeking a Systems Analyst/Developer for our Warehouse Management System (WMS) who is a self-starter that can identify, analyze, and solve technical issues quickly, communicate effectively, and collaborate well with team members.
Provide sound technical advice and expertise in support of the team's mission:
To provide uninterrupted and reliable access to the WMS (Highjump) systems.
The position will be ideally located in Dallas, Fort WorthEssential ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Product team to define implementation plans based on best practices for HighJump software architectureConfigure HighJump WMS to achieve business needsMaintain and develop Microsoft SQL Server stored proceduresEvaluate and ensure that application and processes are positioned for scalabilityValidate processes meet process design requestsDevelop testing approach for bug-free deployments of new featuresBuild reports and dashboards via HighJump PulseDocument technical decisions and business processesDebug and troubleshoot existing HighJump configurationProvide support to end users when they encounter system issuesEscalate issues to HighJump support as neededAdminister the Highjump environmentTroubleshoot and resolve system performance problems.
Monitor systems for efficiencies and improvements.
Skills, Knowledge, and Education RequiredA 4-year degree in Computer Science or related field.
Appropriate additional experience may be substituted for education on a year for year basis.

years' experience working with SQL databases4
years' experience working in High Availability environments.
4
years' work experience in complex systems design, programming, and systems software, and supportFamiliar with distribution business processes such as receiving, shipping, cycle counting, inventory adjustments, etc.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus.
Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities; keen attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with project leads, developers, and other team members.
Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
Knowledge of:
Programming languages and operating systemsCurrent equipment and technologies in useSystem administrationSystem performance monitoring tools.
Ability to:
Plan, organize and document complex system design activities and to configure systems to be consistent with institutional policies/procedures.
Perform multiple tasks concurrently and respond to emergency situations effectively.
Communicate technical/complex information both verbally and in writing.
Establish and maintain cooperation, understanding, trust, and credibility.
Knowledge in any the following areas will be considered a plus:
Windows server 2008 and laterDatabase administration or experience with SAP, or SQL Server.
Application developmentIn addition to educational requirements the following experience is desirable:
ERP Experience systems (SAP preferred)Distribution or manufacturing industry experience (distribution preferred) HighJump WMS Consultant-Onsite Recommended Skills Analytical Attention To Detail Business Processes Business Requirements Computer Programming Coordinating Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
