KEY JOB DUTIES Data entry on ERP manufacturing software (JOBSCOPE).
Make sure all bills are paid in an efficient and timely manner.
Provide administrative and clerical support by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices, monitoring expenses, and keeping a record of it all for tax purposes.
Other administative duties to keep office running effieciently.
Must work well in a team situation, yet independently disciplined to maintain organization.
Effectively communicate and coordinate with all departments.
WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or GED Strong organizational skills Detailed oriented.
Good math and computer skills must be MS Word and Excel proficient.
Minimum of 2 years related experience required.
Valid TX Drivers' license.
